Before a package leaves

After payment authorization, we normally prepare an order in 1–2 business days. This preparation period is separate from shipping time.

Delivery estimate

Once dispatched, transit is generally estimated at 4–6 business days. Carrier operations, holidays, weather, and address issues can change the estimate; no arrival date is guaranteed. Available delivery services and any charge are displayed at checkout.

Address and tracking

Please review the delivery details before placing an order. If the carrier supplies tracking, its updates may take time to appear. Keep the order confirmation and tracking number for delivery questions.

When delivery needs attention

For an unusually delayed parcel, damage in transit, or a package marked delivered but not found, write to sanojexi10@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email. We will review the information with you.
