Using the storefront

Use this site lawfully and do not interfere with its services or misuse its content. Product imagery and text are provided to help evaluate the listed goods and remain protected by applicable rights.

Orders and information

A submitted order is subject to acceptance, inventory, valid payment, and accurate delivery information. We may correct a clear listing error or decline an order where lawful, while respecting applicable consumer rights.

Prices and delivery

Checkout shows USD prices, relevant taxes, and delivery choices before purchase. Fulfillment follows our Shipping Policy; carrier estimates are not fixed delivery promises.

Returns and refunds

The Refund Policy accepts eligible defective and non-defective returns and exchanges of new goods. Change-of-mind items must be unused and in original condition. Request within 30 days after delivery, obtain approval before mailing, and use the free prepaid label included in the package for an eligible return. There is no restocking fee. We initiate an approved refund within 10 days to the original method; bank posting may take longer.
